Park City Chamber/Bureau Introduces a New Member Benefit – Share Park City
The Park City Chamber/Bureau has announced a new member benefit, Share Park City. It is a hospitality-based training program. The Share Park City program, initiated by the Chamber/Bureau, is geared toward employees who interact with visitors on a day-to-day basis. The program consists of three educational videos that aim to improve the Park City workforce’s knowledge of the community and its amenities. The informational videos are brief, cost nothing for area employees to watch, and are available online. The online video hosting platform tracks employee participation and tests them after each video segment. Furthermore, the platform provides employers with the opportunity to monitor usage and test completion through downloadable reports. Once employees complete the video series and correctly answer all test questions, they will be entered to win a gift certificate to an area restaurant of their choice. Participation in Share Park City will provide employees with greater knowledge of the Park City area and the tools to create a better guest experience, both of which will likely lead to higher service ratings and increased earnings.
