Foundation Scholarships Available
The DMA West Education and Research Foundation administers several scholarship programs to fund educational opportunities for DMO CEOs and staff. Scholarship applications are available here.
2017 Tech Summit Scholarships
Scholarship applications are due February 1, 2017, for the 2017 Tech Summit, March 15-17, in Salt Lake City. Scholarship criteria and an application are available online. Each scholarship includes conference registration and lodging. Application deadline: February 1, 2017.
2017 Rosalind Williams Memorial Scholarships for CEO/Executive Staff
A CEO/Executive Staff scholarship may be used for executive training programs (e.g., industry conferences, human resources seminar on employee law, university classes). Professional organizations or accredited institutions must present the executive training programs. Application deadline: July 7, 2017.
2017 Education Summit Scholarships
Las Vegas will be the site for the 2017 Education Summit & Vendor Showcase, September 27-29. Scholarship criteria and an application are available online. Each scholarship includes conference registration and lodging. Application deadline: July 28, 2017.
Scholarships Awarded
The DMA West Education & Research Foundation awarded scholarships for two DMO staff members to attend the 2016 DMA West Education Summit in Mesa, Arizona. Each scholarship included Education Summit registration and lodging at the conference hotel. Congratulations to the scholarship recipients.
