Archived Data Means There’s Still Time to Participate
Salary & Benefits Survey and Bureau Budget Survey
Interested in salaries and benefits for DMO personnel or are you interesting in knowing how your DMO budget stacks up to others in your budget set? As with all DMA West surveys, the salary and benefit survey is a participatory survey, with access to results only available to those member DMOs completing the online survey. The survey includes a DMO-background data section as well as chief executive officer and staff sections focusing on salaries and benefits. Participating CEOs may download survey summary reports based on operating budgets. Curious about changing budget allocations in today’s environment? If you have not yet completed the online survey, plan to complete the 2015 edition of the Bureau Budget Survey now and encourage your fellow CEOs to do the same. Members use the survey information when creating budgets, researching funding sources and planning expenditures.

Visit Huntington Beach was one of the member DMOs that completed both online surveys by October 2, 2015, and qualified for a drawing to win a complimentary registration to attend the 2016 Tech Summit in Garden Grove/Anaheim. Visit Huntington Beach will be sending a team member to the 2016 Tech Summit; the value of registration is $370.
