Visit Huntington Beach’s Clean & Safe Meetings Video
Visit Huntington Beach has created a clean and safe video series showcasing its HB Collection of Resorts commitment to providing a safe meeting experience for all attendees and guests. The DMO has also established a partnership with 360 Clinic to provide on-site safety resources and services for any groups meeting at any one of the Huntington Beach Hotels. The DMO, in partnership with 360 Clinic, offers a Health and Wellness Table providing the following resources and information onsite on the first day of a group’s event:
- A staffed onsite Medical Assistant at the group’s registration area at a branded 360 Clinic Health and Wellness Table (for up to six hours on the first day of a group’s event)
- Complimentary marks available for meeting attendees
- Complimentary hand sanitizers provided to meeting attendees
- Temperature checks available upon request
- Disposable gloves provided to meeting attendees
- Informational fact sheets provided to meeting attendees
Other services available at an additional expense:
- Onsite COVID Rapid Antigen Testing – 10-minute results
- Onsite COVID PCR Testing – less than 24-hour results
